The Molecular and Cellular Biophysics Program (MCBP) is a nationally recognized, totally interdisciplinary training program with faculty from the Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program (BBSP) as well as from Medicinal Chemistry, Physics, Physical and Analytical Chemistry, and Computer Science. Because positions in this program are limited to twelve per year, students should submit a statement of interest to be considered for a position.

The MCBP currently offers a minor in Biophysics (“Concentration in Biophysics”), but plans are underway to add a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biophysics.
