Chapel Hill, NC	The Inova 600 MHz Spectrometer
		The Inova 600 MHz spectrometer is intended primarily for studies of protein samples. The spectrometer has four RF channels to allow simultaneous manipulation of H¹, C¹³, N¹⁵, and H² spins for studies of triple-labeled proteins. Two of the RF channels are equipped with waveform generators to create shaped RF pulses. The spectrometer has three-axis gradients to allow solvent suppression and selection of coherence pathways. The sample temperature can be controlled to +/- 0.1 C. Three probes were purchased with the system: a 5mm 1^H {C¹³/N¹⁵} X, Y, Z PFG triple resonance probe, and 8mm H¹ {C¹³/N¹⁵} Z PFG triple resonance probe, and a 5mm N¹⁵ - P³¹ broadband probe with H¹ decoupling.
